How long does an inspection take?
As a general rule of thumb, our inspections typically take one hour per thousand square feet with a minimum of two hours. So, if a home is 2500 square feet, it would take approximately two and a half hours.
How can I schedule an inspection?
Scheduling can be completed via online scheduler or through phone/text at (601) 697-4170. The scheduler will respond with a confirmation email or contact you with any further informational needs.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
You can request a cancellation/reschedule 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time, earliest notice is appreciated. Contact us with any changes or questions and we will process your request.
How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services online via ACH or card (fee is applied) or at the inspection via cash, card, or check.
Can you reinspect items that were repaired?
We provide a reinspection as a courtesy to you free of charge (20 items or less). We do request a repair list be sent in a day prior to the reinspection.
What if I have a concern about a specific portion of the home?
Prior to the inspection, let us know about any concerns and additional pictures can be added of the areas of concern to give you the best information possible.
